How secure is the sensitive data in Taskey?+
All data is encrypted on German servers. The data processing agreement is available in the account. Access rights are fine-grained per role. There is no personal reference at the patient level – Taskey documents rooms and areas, not patient data.
Can cleaning agents be documented with batch numbers?+
Yes. Per job you pick the product used with its batch number from a stored agent list. For audits this is an important piece of evidence.
