So bosses can clock off again.
We build the software that keeps a business in the green at a glance and gives the boss the weekend back.
Mission
We've seen too many owners still answering WhatsApp at night, opening Excel on Sunday, calling on Monday morning with that knot in the stomach, wondering whether anyone showed up. Taskey was built to stop that. For cleaning businesses, tradespeople and facility managers across the DACH region.
Our job: to set up a business so the boss checks the phone once in the morning, sees everything in the green and can let go again. Made in Germany, GDPR-compliant, with personal service.
The starting point
Where our connection to the cleaning industry comes from.
The impulse for Taskey didn't come from a whiteboard workshop. It came from a conversation with a close friend who runs a cleaning business himself. His day-to-day reality of paper trails, outdated tools and processes nobody would design this way today showed us where the industry stands and where it could actually go.
Rather than building yet another piece of software in the familiar style, we chose to rethink the approach from the ground up: more clarity in design, more efficiency in workflows, more intuitiveness in daily use. Complemented by AI features that start where standard systems end. The result is an operating system for cleaning businesses that feels less like classic industry software and more like a tool people genuinely enjoy working with.
Why Taskey exists
Bosses who never have their head free.
Paper lists, WhatsApp chaos, four Excel tabs, and still that constant feeling of having missed something. Too many businesses aren't losing time. They're losing peace of mind.
One glance is enough.
Taskey shows the boss at a glance where everything stands: teams, margins, proof of service, client inbox. If it's all green, the phone goes down. If it isn't, they know exactly where to act. That's it.
What matters to us
What matters to us
Peace of mind for the boss
Software that clears the boss's head, not another tab in the calendar. When Taskey works, you notice it because you barely need to open it.
Honest with your data
Your business data belongs to you. GDPR-compliant, encrypted, on German servers, used only for what you allow.
People, not tickets
When you need us, someone actually talks to you, with a name, no ticket number in the subject line.
Where we come from
Backed by one of the strongest founder ecosystems in south-west Germany.
Taskey is not an anonymous software project from nowhere. We grew up in a very specific environment: coached, challenged, held to a standard. That shapes how we build: sober, evidence-based, focused on what actually works in operational businesses.
Startup Launchpad 2026
We are part of the Startup Launchpad, the three-month intensive programme for technology-driven ventures in Saarland, run by Triathlon, the entrepreneurship and transfer ecosystem of Saarland University.
The programme kicked off on 7 July 2026 and runs through to Demo Day on 22 September 2026. Three days per week on site in Saarbrücken, weekly 1:1 reviews, monthly pitches, over 20 workshops, and a network of experienced mentors and investors, focused on what deep-tech teams actually need for the jump into the market.
Launchpad is delivered by SouthwestX, the startup factory for south-west Germany, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, the Saarland Ministry of Economics, Innovation, Digital Affairs and Energy, and the EXIST programme, co-financed by the European Union.
For us it is more than a funding programme. It is the structured environment in which we test Taskey week after week against real market reality, with coaches, mentors and peers who don't tell us what we want to hear, but ask the right questions.

Pitched in front of business angels and got honest feedback.
At the BANS Mentor Meetup in late June 2026 we presented Taskey to a circle of experienced business angels from the Saarland network.
Four teams, open conversations, concrete questions. No polite applause, but precise follow-ups on scaling, pricing structure, market defensibility and operational delivery. Exactly the kind of exchange you don't get in a sales meeting.
What was confirmed for us: the core idea behind Taskey, namely real-time communication between the field and the office in one system rather than five, holds up outside our customer world. And the points where we still need to sharpen were named clearly.
A warm thank you to the BANS team, to the business angels for the open conversations, and to the co-founding teams for the intense exchange.
